OUR MISSION
The mission of the Hearts to Homes Foundation is to provide families with critically ill, injured, or terminal children financial support to keep their homes and spend more time together during treatment.
OUR VISION
Hearts to Homes was created to provide support to families by allowing parents to spend time with their loved ones rather than at the office making sure the bills are paid. The foundation is designed to alleviate the stress of monthly mortgage or rent payments through grants providing peace of mind that they will not lose their home during an already extremely difficult time.
OUR FOUNDATION
Since its creation in August of 2021, Hearts to Homes has partnered with some of the greatest medical institutions in Texas including Children’s Health, Cook Children’s, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Texas Children’s Hospital, and Bryan’s House. Their incredible social work teams go above and beyond to help the families they work with every day receive the assistance they need, and Hearts to Homes is grateful to be a resource for them in these efforts.
Under the leadership of David White, Hearts to Homes will encourage communities to give back to their neighbors and in doing so, the mortgage and rental payment assistance grants provided will change lives for years to come.
